The restaurant serves light snacks during the day and an incredible buffet at night with everything from sadza – a staple food of Zimbabwe whose closest cousin is grits – to prime rib. And the dessert table! Just walking past added at least three inches to my hips.

Waiters in starched white uniforms sashed with sky blue hover nearby to provide your every wish. This was the first place we sampled Zimbabwean wine. Definitely the Pekin duck and Crispy duck. Its the only proper duck in the nation and the ducks are all organically reared, Pekin duck imported from South Africa. World class!
